Waverly Woods

Waverly Woods is a mixed use community located in Howard County, Maryland. Since 1998, Old Town Construction has worked with Land Design and Development and the Waverly Woods Development Corporation to develop, design, finance and construct the commercial and affordable housing sections of the project. When completed, Waverly Woods will contain over 2000 residences and 1.5 million square feet of commercial space.
